An awesome month, april!
April is, without doubt, the most beautiful month to come in Molise. Because there is a beautiful landscape that you can admire, because of the countryside’s fragrances, because of flavours both intense and surprising.

Because of the Carrese: fascinating, paradoxical, all involving.

This the most precious Molise and I’m proud to be able to say.
Its an asset from which i always tried not to get used to.
I have always searched for confirmation and i find it everyday through my farm work, continually seeking acknowledgements, also when these might seem arduous and presumptuous. And I have always received encouraging signs also if i often felt like a fish out of water. But this time it was different, this time the april in Molise it was worthy of a little dream coming true. Four months ago, fifteen people were involved by a courageous American tour operator, AuthentEscapes, to spend one week in Italy: between Rome and Molise in the company of Tony and Cathy Mantuano.

Two days in Rome and four in Molise.
Vatican Museum, Fontana di Trevi, Colosseo, St.Regis Hotel.
Before.

Hills of olive trees, green fields of corn and poppies, stories of people and places, the spectacle of carrese, ordinary Hotel. After.

A difficult comparison.
Authentescape decided to send Ryan Hilton as its representative in order to take a pictures of travel sites but also to help manage any case of dissatisfaction that our guest could suffer and that the tour operator feared.
Departed from Rome on 28th april, lunch break in Carovilli by Adriano and evening arrival in Termoli at a Hotel on the coast.
But after a nervous start we were confident about the support of True Molise
We know perfectly its heart and we had imagined its comunicative power, its ability to fascinate, intrigue, surprise to continually surprise.
From 29th april to may one, the Molise, our Molise it was here to show with pride and dignity.

We should ask our american friends, but i think that once again Sanniti beat Romans.
